"Honestly surprised by how long the battery lasts"
I didn’t expect much at first, but the battery life has genuinely impressed me. It just feels reassuring not having to worry about it dying too quickly, and the runtime has held up better than I thought it would. Happy with it so far.

"Customer Service is Honestly a Joke"
I tried reaching out to support and just never got a reply. Like, not even a quick “we’ll get back to you” or anything. Frustrating experience, honestly.

"Pretty good charger, though not exactly speedy"
I’ve been using this charger for a bit it works fine with most of my devices. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. That said, sometimes it feels like it takes forever to charge, which is a little annoying. Still, it’s not terrible or anything — just don’t expect super fast charging.

"Took a lot longer than expected"
I ordered a few weeks ago and the shipping info barely updated the whole time, which was frustrating. I reached out to support, but the replies were short and didn’t really give me a clear idea of when it would arrive. The package did eventually show up, and everything was fine once it got here, but it came way later than I expected. Probably won’t order from them again.

"Working great so far!!!"
I ordered this from tezepower.com and it’s been really solid so far!!! It holds a charge well and runs the stuff I need without cutting out or giving me any trouble!!! I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and haven’t had any issues at all. Happy with it!!!
